When I began my business 7 years ago, the furthest thing from my mind was an end game. If someone asked me seven years ago, “What is your plan for your company when you retire?” I would have looked at them with a dumbfounded blank stare.
Pie eyed and oblivious.
Over the last 3 years I realized that you need a plan. An end goal. Something to achieve that is greater than just making money.
Not only does it make you more laser focused, it also makes you think about legacy and purpose.
I have a legacy I will achieve. I have a purpose, I am working on my ideal life and end game.
Do you have an end game?
What do you really want out of life?
What do you see yourself doing in different aspects of your life.
What is your ideal life?
What is your plan?
It doesn’t matter if you are a business owner, executive, manager or employee. You should have a plan or at least be working on one.
A lot of people have no idea where to start so they often leave it for another day. You don’t have to do that. My friend Dave specializes in helping people like yourself create your ideal life roadmap. If you want to have a conversation with him, I would love to introduce you to Dave.
